- New Fundraising Opportunity! We need to act fast on this one . Earn money toward your band account, anywhere from $12-20 per hour stuffing coupons in the cup holders at LP Field. It's a 1-2 hour job on SATURDAY, November 28. We need at least 10 people to help with this event.

- Next Chicago Trip Payment Due Dec 1. Don't forget to make your next installment payable to the Hillwood Band Boosters. You may drop your payment off in the lock box in the band room (please place payment in a sealed envelope with name) or mail the payment to the post office box (P.O. Box 58405, Nashville, TN 37205).
If you would like to use PayPal to make your payment, please pay $103.30 to get $100 credited to your account. (Remember PayPal charges 2.9 % plus $0.30 per transaction.)
- Civic Bank Fund Raiser for your account. December 5th beginning at 9:00am to 12:00 max, distributing door tags to the McCabe community. 10 available spots open for adults and supervised high school student. You will earn $50 per person. The first 10 to sign up will be accepted. Meet at the Civic Bank off Murphy Road and West End Avenue to get instructions and assigned to a street block territory. - Now Accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, and PayPal. Band fees can now be paid by using a variety of methods through PayPal. Don't forget donations! We have a place for that now, too. Visit the HHS Band website at http://www.hillwoodband.com/ to see (and use) them.
